In this special edition of “AKwan’s Kitchen,” watch AKwan as he shows you how to make Korean Bulgogi–a beef dish. It’s actually really simple.

Ingredients:
– beef
– soy sauce
– sesame oil
– sugar
– white pepper powder
– garlic (minced)
– mushrooms (king oyster and shittake)
– 1 onion
Instructions:
1.) To make the bulgogi sauce, combine the garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper powder in a large bowl with the beef.
2.) Mix and let marinate.
3.) Then, you can either grill it bbq-style or pan-fry the beef.
4.) Add some mushrooms and onion to the beef for more flavor.
5.) When the beef is done, wrap it up in a leaf of lettuce and enjoy the deliciousness. Nom nom nom.
