On June 25, 2011, Boston’s Museum of Science presented the Let’s Talk About Food Festival in Cambridge, MA. It featured vendor stations selling all kinds of food products, various food trucks that are stationed throughout the city each and every week, and even a stage where cooking shows were happening. But the whole premise of the festival were the long tables set up not only for you to eat your lunch, but there was an “expert” stationed at each one where you could ask and/or answer some questions regarding issues in the food and agriculture industry. What a fun and educational day to enjoy and learn more about food!
