Click Click! 043: Photography + Real Estate; Tip I

Every Wednesday of the week, I’ll share with you my moments of Photography in this Blog: “Click Click!”
-Just a simple guy with a camera

The photography challenge I set on Click Click! for Feb. 2011 is to figure out how to take a photo with the mind set of putting it on real estate flyer, or brochure.  The hardest part of this is of course to throw away things we don’t need so I can clean off my dining table. Not that I use it for dining what so ever. Doing any type of photography job has its on challenges, and I begin to learn a little bit how to take better photos (hopefully) for real estate.

This segment will be done in future parts, a process that I will learn, break and share via this post.

My quick two words on how to achieve the “after” photo after the break:

Tips:

  1. The after photo is actually created via HDR:  bracketed version of the same photo taken with -3/0/+3 exposures.
  2. Using a tripod – higher depth of field, and sharper photos.
